When you use Loopafric we collect the details you give us: your name and email to create your account, the information and photos you submit when starting a return, warranty records and uploaded receipts, items you list on the marketplace,, and your orders and delivery details.
We use your data to validate and process your return requests with the relevant partner, verify and track your warranties, list and sell your items on the resale marketplace, arrange delivery or pickup, and send you notifications about your returns, warranties and orders.
The partner store you are returning an item to can see the return details and photos needed to validate and decide on that return. Assigned couriers see the pickup and delivery address for the shipment they handle. We never sell your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request permanent deletion of your account and data from your profile at any time; the request is reviewed and carried out by an administrator. Some marketplace message records may be kept to protect buyers and sellers.
You can view the data we hold about you from your profile, update your contact details, and request deletion. For any privacy concern, contact us through the app and we will respond to you.
